I see a glimpse of the tube of glue in the build, any chance Mr T you could show photo of it so I can show it to our Loctite rep regards max001.

In respect of gluing what?

The wooden content is glued with Aliphatic resin wood glue, the diecast metal and platic elements are glue with a fast set epoxy and Loctite superglue gel

for glueing the plates,the best I have got hold of is Loctite super glue power flex $6.00 a small amount, I get about two and a half leading edge plates its getting expensive.

For the plates you could try EvoStik timebond, which is an adjustable contact adhesvive, available in 65g tubes and 250ml tins (which can also be used for the plates of the DC-3).

Thanks Mr T,tried bostik here in Australia never heard of it try bostik UK,
I did they informed me they cannot deliver as it highly inflammable so I will stick with Loctite, cheers max001.
