Has anyone received, or had Pack 13 shipped yet? Last pack was sent on 6 September. I emailed CS, and they have responded with "it hasn't been allocated to your account yet", which tells me nothing

Pack 13 shipped a couple of weeks ago. If its not been alocated to your account then its not been sent as yet.

I was thinking it has been a long wait since 6th september! I have been checking my account regularly in anticipation of it being sent, but no luck so far. I assumed no one had recieved pack 13 yet as no one had updated their build thread. Hope its not too much longer now.
