Thanks guys, this is an awesome kit I highly recommend it Sean, not for a begginer, but that won't worry you I would recommend Roy Fitszimmonds dvd though I've referred to itvoften the instructions are in french and the diagrams are quite vague, I've never built a more detailed kit, and for 150 quid it is well worth the money, I am loving building it. So far everything fits, but a word of warning I've seen several builds of this kit and most show the engine has bad warpage and needs tabs to help align it up. I've had no problems but just a word of warning. Ken's the name modeling's the game.

Tell you mate its a superb kit, I have NEVER Worked on a more detailed kit, I've been on this a fortnight and still not finished the engine. I built and finished the Tamiyas 1/12 CR 450 R Honda with rider and dio in one weekend. This (even though it's a challenge (or maybe because)is the best and most enjoyable kit I can ever remember building (apart from the scratch built Waverley (I don't think anything will ever beat that for enjoyment) Ken's the name modeling's the game.

Like the rust weathering Ken, well done. Just don`t take it for an M.O.T, it might fail. Keep up the good work. Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

Nowadays it probably would but when I past my test I drove cars far worse which flew through the test, it's ridiculous these days, I mean sopt welding is stronger than continuous mig welding but if a car has a weld repair it has to be continuous not spot, don't get me started, the government just want old cars off the road. Ken's the name modeling's the game.

Hi all well here's tonight's bit, that steering rack was a real pain the ball joints are supposed to push through and be an interferance fit but I had us a dremell tool by hand to gradually open it up enough to get the ball joint through without it just falling back out again, very sloooow gentle work with lots of checking to make sure the ball joint didn't just fall through. got to paint it and weather it now, would have painted it first but it is a tight fit and wasn't sure it would slide through the shaft after it was painted will now use very thinned down paint and hopefully if I keep moving it as the paint dries it will remain working. Ken's the name modeling's the game.
