 Hi All I have managed to glue & Pin the Lower deck OK .However I had a bit of difficulty with driving the pins . I used a small nail punch and a tack hammer and eventually got them all in without bending,but it was not easy .Is there a better tool available for driving these Pins? Cheers Wolfskin

Hi Wolfskin, personally I tend to predrill any pinholes, it makes the job a lot easier and the pins are not likely to bend so easily. I also use a small pair of long nose pliers to hold the pins and a small hammer, find it easier than using a pin pusher... Other modellers will have their own preferred methods of course.... Thanks guys , I have already got a pin drill chuck and have had an experiment . works real good . Many thanks

Hi wolfskin...I agree with my fellow shipmates and am glad you were able to get sorted...I personally pre-drilled then inserted the nail into the hole making sure that it was straight then used a pin pusher and light hammer to drive the nail home...Good luck with your build. Will you be making a build diary??
