I've emailed I've phoned but still no results to getting my subscription up and running for Red Bull I had a subscription for Soverign of the Seas and tried to sub. of this ,no joy I've tried making a new sub. .no joy, it wont accept my email address says its already used, create new profile no good.The invoice they sent is no help, wrong numbers?, can anyone out there please help. step by step instuctions? Hi Jethro, sorry to hear you're having problems with setting up a subscription to the RB7. You need to contact C/S preferably by phone, they are the people who can set up the subscription for you.

I have the same problem with mine but I think its something to do with the september 5th changeover. the account numbers are different. I will just learn to live without it!
