Hello all

Can someone recommend a small hammer for the pins that fasten the
aluminium panels?

Thanks

Hi Alan,

Any of these should do the job nicely. I also use small long nosed pliers to hold the pins in place, find it easier than using a pin pusher...

Hope this helps.

Its a good idea to pre-drill the pin holes slightly smaller than the pin diameter, so that when the pins are tapped in, they are a snug fit and its not such a shock to the airframe and less chance of splitting the wooden formers we the pins are tapped in.

Be very careful if using a pin pusher, it can put undue stress on the airframe and also indent the skin surrounding the pin.
