I finally got parts 3 & 4 and started attaching the first deck. Will have to get some pics taken.
One questions - I noticed that two of the holes on the deck do not quite line up with the holes/supports on the keel. I've attached the deck correctly i.e. lining up with the middle of the keel and the center rib but the holes are a little offcenter.
I'm almost ready to plank the deck so wanted to know whether anyone had this issue and should I try and correct it using the planking i.e. extending the deck hole and covering up with planking. Sorry for no pics.
The support is showing about 2mm in two of the mast holes.

Any tips or ideas would be really welcome.

Hi Darrenallen,

The front 2 mast holes on mine were slightly out, I just trimmed the ply on the keel so it lined up with the deck hole. Leave the deck hole where it is because other wise it won't line up with the upper deck when fitted.

Hope that answers your question...
Cheers Chris..BigGrin

Thanks Chris. Suspected that might be the answer but with my luck would have done the opposite BigGrin .

Will be attempting the deck planks tonite and if you don't mind i'm going to copy yours, or at least try to get such a good result.

Keep up the brilliant work your doing.

Darren
