There's a case for the MP4-23 which I would imagine would also be fit for the MP4/4 http://www.acrylicdisplaycases.co.uk/DEAG01.html
What I don't know of course is if this one is marked MP4-23 already, which would be kinda bad.

I got that case for my MP4/23, it's not marked in any way. It's good quality and shows the model off really well. I have checked the measurements with a view to getting another one for the MP4/4 and it will indeed fit.

I got the official DeAgostini case from hobbycom.jp. However, I just browsed the site and it is no longer listed (as well as the body stand).
