The MAR2643 plans from cmb are very basic, but will give you a general shape to work with - you would be better off getting the plans (or midwest kit) of a Novi Lobster boat and work around that. I have made my own plans for 2 different shapes in 1/24 scale, the simpler box shape shown here -
