Lost one of the short stage 4 bolts (Bolt A). Are the ones left over from stage 3 possible replacements or will they be used and I need to scratch build myself another bolt?

Not to worry - You get 32 A bolts and 4 B bolts and the cylinder head uses 30 A bolts and 2 B bolts, leaving you 2 of each spare  Steve
