Superb build Andy. Really wanting to cut my teeth on a wooden ship build after seeing all the great talent here on this site. Love looking at your builds and the level of detail you put into them. Don't know how you can keep all the stuff you work on at one time straight. I have a hard time concentrating on one thing let alone two or more. Sorry, getting off topic here. Hi Ron Thanks for looking in and your comments. Wooden ship builds can give challenges and great rewards and I am sure you will find the right kit for you. The Cutty sark [ Did you know a 'Cutty Sark' was a ladys blouse] is a great ship but the instructions are written as if you have already built several ships and therefore can be on the vague side for a beginner starting out with a wooden ship build. Although it may look daunting the Victory would be a better choice for a first wooden ship build, the instructions are written to give any novice wooden ship builder the right information in every stage to complete the ship. Plus you will have all the build diary's on here to help you along with any members who can answer any questions you may have ABOUT THE BUILD After completing the Victory 'if you decide to build her' you will be able to take on any ship build you like with confidence in the knowledge you will have the experience needed to complete it.
