Cocktail shakers make ideal formers with different radii. This build is driving my wife balmy.

Sorry for size of pic having trouble with resizing. This is my solution for plank soaking anyway it works for me. Went to wicks got a lengh of gutting the square kind for stability, two ends bits and some sealent. Cut guttering to size in this 24inchs and attached ends and sealed with sealent. Works like a dream only needs topping up every so often with hot water. BigGrin

This is a great solution but I tried it originally with hot water and the ends severely warped. Perhaps the water was way too hot.

Now on the Mk. 2 trough with cold water ok.

I'm sure that you should be able to top the cold water up with hot water in Mk2. Mk 1 was proberly the effect of putting hot water straight in. Happy planking BigGrin
Pam's shipyard is closed for now no more room!
