Yes 5000mAh.
Indeed, RX is 8 channels. The handset is powerd by 4x AA (R6) batteries, also has a charge jack should you wish to use rechargeable AA's (will need a suitable charger).
Closely folow the LiPo information regarding the handling, charging and storage of LiPo pack.

That looks good.
Does that mean that the drone build itself is complete at issue 11? Will be a good time to double check assembly, apply threadlock, route wiring etc. if I know there are no remaining parts other than the LiPo which is external anyway.

Other parts are included with Pack 12 and the assembly complete at 12

Any idea when we might get the last pack by? I am thinking of picking up a couple more lipos in preparation. I currently only have 2 cell lipo batterys for my cars and quad copter. Finished 3D Printer, RB7, Hummer, Skyrider drone & Combat tank collection http://www.model-space.com/gb/

Probably March, Pack 10 just been sent out, 11 will be Feb and 12 in March
