Well issue 1 to 5 completed, what a cool kit. The tyre was a little tricky. I used the wife's hairdryer to warm it up, unfortunately the dryer burnt out!!. The other thing I found was that the instructions for the carburettors, was wrong. If you fitted them as per the instructions they would be at a slant so the air cover would have seated at an angle to the front of the rocker cover. Possible a print error for the test release. The paint finish is superb, rich and vibrant. waiting for the next issues. Regards Jon TheFlyingCouch attached the following image(s):

That looks sweet Did you quietly return the hair dryer and pretend nothing had happened

I used hot water from the tap for the tyre, 5 minute soak and was nice and soft Steve

Well the cap and issue's 6 and 7 arrived a few days ago. Had a little trouble fitting the tyre again, but used hot water and not the hair dryer. The finish on the supplied wheel with issue7, is a little poor, so I will be asking for a replacement. The exhaust parts went together ok, I used a little super glue to secure the tail pipes!! Hi everyone, looking forward to getting issues 6 & 7. Adding to my box of completed parts- all wrapped in bubble wrap. Wonder when the rest of the engine will arrive?

hi Well issue 8 and 9 arrived, and are completed with no problems. The finish on the door handle and mirror could be better, so I will be sanding these down, a little filler and repaint them. Jon TheFlyingCouch attached the following image(s):

Have completed Issue's 10 to 13. I had to get a replacement issue 10, as I managed to damage the small window opener. I did try to superglue it back, but unfortunately got some on the side window. One call to De Ag and replacement sent free of charge and with no fuss excellent. Take care not to over tighten the window door handle as it will rub the inside trim if too tight.
