 Hi shipmates has anyone else had this problem due to pt31 not going home! I discovered this when planking the bottom of the gallery as it required to many planks to get down to the level of the lower gun deck. I have now successfully solved the problem with the help of a razor saw  and some dreaded balsa. There should be no ill effects. Let me know if any of you would like a description of this rather radical solution. Full marks to the instructions by the way, as they did warn to check pt31 was seated properly. MORAL: Read the b----y instructions very carefully and double check.

hi tarbrush, glad to hear you sorted things.i had the same trouble with several ribs being to tight had to sand and make fit ,still i suppose things will get even tougher when we reach the rigging stage.
