Differing formats across the board and for different countries.
Webber customers received a magazine as this was a retail release in Australia which spilled over to the UK.
Vettel customers received a download as it was not a retail release, but the extension content being same for both is why you got magazines for this.

I believe its only the Vettel one generally available in the UK but I Have just got one from a very kind member on here I'm sure you will find one if you are going to do the Webber Car. The only differences is the no 2 decals, Helmets for display & running body's & Yellow stickers on the top camera. Both sets of decals come as standard as you have noticed. Good luck with the build!
