Carl, in the US, I know we can call or email to request to "catch up". My question is, if I want to order spares issue or month, is that possible? I need pack 2 (issues 5-8).

Yep, you can order old packs. Best thing to do is call them up and arrange for the issues you need to be sent. I'm pretty sure you can order specific issues when needed as well.
