Stage 53 - The LED tester. Parts supplied: LED tester. Also required: Front fork (Stage 10), Rear fender (Stage 35), Left frame half (Stage 21), Right frame half (Stage 52), Battery box (Stage 52) and AAA batteries x 3. No building at this stage just testing LEDs and switches - Instrument panel, Indicators, Headlight, Rear left indicator, Rear right indicator, Tail light, Rear brake pedal, Kick-starter and Ignition switch. bugsec attached the following image(s):

Well after a short break if 8 months can be classified as short I've picked up where I left off in January. Pack 17 contains Stages 54 - 56 Stage 54 - The drive sprocket. Parts supplied: Base frame 5, Joint E, Carburettor tubes x 4, Drive sprocket and Screws. Also required: Drive chain (Stage 30), Rear fork (Stage 33), Fork pivot shaft (Stage 33), Metal nut (Stage 33), Main stand (Stage 37), IR sensor window (Stage 39), Wire cables (Stage 40), Transmission case cover (Stage 45), Left frame half (Stage 51), Right frame half assembly (Stage 52) and Screw (Stage 45). bugsec attached the following image(s):

Pack 18 contains Stages 57 - 59 Stage 57 - The rear fender and battery box Parts supplied: Rear frame joint, Exhaust joints x 4, Joint B, Joint E, Base frame 2 and Screws. Also required: Main frame assembly (Stage 55), Rear fender (Stage 56), Battery box (Stage 53), Wire holders (Stage 34) and Screws (Stages 32, 34 and 50). Strangely at this stage you take apart the frame and rear fork that was put together at Stage 54. bugsec attached the following image(s):

Stage 58 - The centre stand Parts supplied: Dynamo cover, Base frame 6, Joint E and Screws Also required: Main frame assembly (Stage 57), Battery box cover (Stage 57) and Screw (Stage 37). And at this stage we start putting the frame back together again. bugsec attached the following image(s):
