This is the first post I have made of my build, started over a year ago but with my wife in hospital on two occasions during the year it took a long time to get restarted on the build. Have read and taken in a lot of ideas from the general discussion forum. There appears to be a lot of problems in cutting the cannon ports I went to our general hardware store and asked a very friendly hardware man if there were any cutting discs that would do the job. He looked at the instruction build and measurement and suggested that a LINBIDE disc may do the job. I bought a pack of discs, 5 in the pack, these are diamond discs being 19mm in diameter and by not cutting all the way through may do the job. This proved to be correct. I drew all my port lines and cut right up to the lines and this cut through the 12 x 13 mm ports in the centre allowing to get a hobby knife in to start cutting. This made the job very neat and much quicker, a little filling and a good result.Hope this helps some people with their cannon ports.
