Great work on the decorations. The wash made a massive difference to it and enhanced the moldings. Chris On the bench 1/350 Revell Tirpitz Platinum Edition (Pontos PE and Wooden deck) plus extra Eduard PE set and extra MK1 door sets.

Very nice update on your build progress. Its beginning to come together well. Looking forward to seeing just how big a model this makes into. I seem to remember from seeing one years ago that its a massive box of parts. Happy Modelling

It is a massive box of parts, unfortunately although they've said the part is on the way, no sign of it, again it's boxed up and in the stash, I hate heller and will never ever buy another of their kits (I was going to get another Citroen and do it as a cabriolet but not now) Heller treat customers with total contempt. Well not me any more. Ken's the name modeling's the game.

Ken That really is a shame that you are still awaiting that part to arrive. I was surprised that theyvstill existed until i saw you building some of their kits. Unless mistaken I seem to recall they were tied into Airfix/humbrol a good many years ago. Really do hope they get this sorted for you. Happy Modelling

I've given up on them entirely (they were bought out by joustra) I toyed with the idea of doing a cutaway of it but can't find enough info, they really don't do theirselves much good, I hope they go bust and someone with some morals take them over. Ken's the name modeling's the game.

Hi all well it's amazing the effect threatening to sue, not just for the cost of the kit but also compensation can have. Special delivery today the hull half arrived(no letter of apology or even a note just the box with the hull in it) So looks like it's back on then. Ken's the name modeling's the game.
