Hi all,

This is directed at the US subscribers mostly. I have experienced very poor packaging with my last 2 shipments. My first shipment 12 came damaged and 3 sets f parts were missing. I just got shipment 13, and although all the parts are accounted for, 3 of the issue parts bags were ripped open, and the parts were loose in the box. Has anyone else experienced this lately? This can become a problem, especially if there are screws in the issues. I hope this is just isolated, and will not happen in the future. Carl, maybe you can check with customer service to see if there have been other complaints like mine, and if there is anything being done to assure quality control.
