Hi All This is my 2nd build with Model Space after completing the Red Bull RB7 and being really pleased with it, I signed up to the MP4/4 at the beginning of December. I received the first pack within a week but now 2 and a half months later I'm still waiting for the second pack to turn up. Before you all say speak to customer services I have done that and I can't get a straight answer, I get a different story every time I ring or email. First story they advised that I will receive a pack every other month, Second story there is a problem with my subscription but they don't know what and then the third story the parts are on back order. I am still waiting for a refund from an over charge. I'm not writing this to slag them off and don't want to cancel my subscription as it looks to be a fantastic model to build. It's more to see if anyone has any advice on what to do next and did you receive a pack every other month? Please help me Thanks for reading Ash Building: McLaren MP4-4 Built: McLaren MP4-23, Red Bull RB7

Hi Ash. I would suggest sending a PM to Admin giving a full explanation of your problem. Include in your PM your subscription account number and email address. They may be able to look into it for you.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Alan

Please help me Thanks for reading Ash I am sure the normal subscription deal is that you get a pack every month. I have no idea why they suggested that you would only receive one on alternate months. And certainly two and a half months without anything is unacceptable. Like you, I've had limited success and much frustration in my dealings with customer services, but flagging up the problem here usually generates a resolution. Good Luck!

Update: I had a reply from admin asking for my email address which I sent over on Wednesday 21 February to which I've heard nothing since, rang customer services on Friday 19 February asked for a manager who said there system was down after telling me all the details on my account even about the refund he then promised he would ring me back before 6 on Friday 19 February yet again another empty promise Really really NOT impressed with the poor customer service I'm receiving from what seems to be a big company Do I need to take them to a small claims court to get a refund? Sadly that pretty much tallies with the level of service that I've received from them when I've had a problem. I need to change my debit card details soon and I'm wondering how much of a saga that will turn into. I thought I might be able to do it from the website, as I have done with a number of other recurring payments, but there doesn't seem to be the option.

Trying to contact CS to update my debit card details, I've just clicked on the 'contact customer services' link from the 'my account' section, and despite several attempts, all I get is 'this page cannot be displayed'.
Has anyone else had this problem? Not the best start....
