I have had two drone packs since the last 3d printer one. Has anyone else got the next pack yet? Any known delays?

Got a response from customer services about 3D printer. You won't be happy:

"3D printer is currently out of stock for pack 9, which is why your account is delayed, I have asked for confirmation on when the stock is going to be received but have not received word as yet."

Has anyone received Pack 9 yet? If not, it is not just 'out of stock' but another example of poor planning of a subscription or someone not painting the full picture here, like it was with the MIA parts of the drone... Can we please have some official word on that?

Huracan 06 was also sent almost 2 months after issue 05, haven't received it yet but my account says it was shipped yesterday - so I expect it to arrive just in time to build it up on the weekend.

The only thing that prevents me from getting upset all about it, is the fact I just simply do not have the time for the hobby now :( During these final days of a very large project at work I'm doing amounts of overtime I didn't previously think possible. This is how it is in banking, a new government regulation comes in and you need to drop everything and prepare the IT systems to cope, or the bank will have to stop lending. It will cost five million pounds a day, they say, if we won't make it on time...

That really is a joke.

It's like they are trying their best to lose customers. Especially considering we could pre order this subscription 3 months in advance. You would at least think there would be packs for the early subscribers.

Thanks for the info. At least I know what's going on now.Glare

I was really enjoying this build but these constant delays just take the fun out of it.

EDIT: That's the last time I try to add a post from my phone.

There was a hold up from the manufacturer on some of the parts content of Pack 9 which have only just arrived, Pack 9 should be with you shortly.

Cool thanks Tom.

Been eager to get on with the printer as its a refreshing build compared compared to a scale model and have been very much enjoying it.

Not to mention I want to get printing!Flapper

Pack 9 has arrived today and I already assembled it. I'm not doing a build diary for this one but just for everyone waiting: this was worth the wait. Very nice pack, plenty to do, lovely fit - you'll know what I mean when you get to sandwiching the two circuit boards. You can feel they are eager to mate LOL

Keep your cables tidy and it should go well. Now waiting for Pack 10...
