I saw one of the UK members receive lettering to create the forbidden tobacco sponsor marking in his last package, will us USA subscribers get the lettering too? And will we be offered the driver figure at some point?

Why do the UK subscribers have the privilege of purchasing the Senna figure but the USA subscribers do not? It doesn't seem fair, we were the last of have the subscription offered here.......

You are very mistaken, UK subscribers DO NOT have the privilege of purchasing the Senna figure, simly because it is not for sale. We do not have a license to sell it outside of Japan, hence why it is not being offered for sale.
Some people have been lucky enough to buy via Japan, a small number of others have been included as part of a full kit deal or gesture of goodwill.

My apologies Tomick about the UK subscribers getting the Senna figure; I was misinformed. i will certainly get any 'enhancements' in writing before deciding to buy any future DeAgostini products.
I wonder how much the licensing would have cost DeAg USA to provide the figures,display cases and accessories it just seems incomplete without it. Us subscribers paid a lot of money to obtain this fine model, I would have a few more dollars to get the rest of the pieces.

Its not a case of a few dollars more, for what ever reason, the Senna foundation would not license it for sale.
The Senna model was not advertised in the USA or UK as having the Senna figure or that it would be available to buy, and therefore you must have been aware of this at the outset.
Each country has differing offers depending on the license agreement obtained, for lots of reasons, its not always possible to offer something that has been offered in another country.
