Glare I am missing stage 28 parts from Pack 9.

E-mailed CS for the third time today as no response to the first two.

I know they can be busy, but you would have thought they would have

replied by now.

After reading through FAQ's on the website, just tried the other email

address modelspace@deagostini.co.uk as the original order was placed

before 7th September 2015, to see if it makes a difference.
