HI guys and gals
I have two questions concerning the ships anchor set
first- I had to clean up the metal anchor a little bit which
caused the paint to come off so my question is will the black
paint that comes with the paint set that I ordered be used to touch up
the anchor
my second question- I notice at the top where the ring goes though the hole was not punched out all the way so how do I clear the hole for the ring which size drill do I use. thank you

Hi Ronald, if it were me I would clean up the anchor and wouldn't try just touching it up, I would give it a coat of metal primer and then repaint the complete anchor. The metal black supplied in the paint set would be the paint I would use....  As for the hole, start to open up the hole by using a very small drill bit and be gentle, drill bits are easy to snap. Once all the way through move to a larger drill bit until you have opened up the hole completely. Do this before you repaint. Hope this helps and hope you are enjoying the build. Regards Alan
