Hello, I am a new builder from the USA and new to modeling as an adult. I've been gathering the pieces for months and have just embarked on building this model and completed Stage 1. Am I missing something or did I just dig a hole and now they want me to fill it in? The instructions said to store it for later but then immediately I am told to undo the work I just did by removing six screws.  Is this going to be done on a regular basis? Also, mine doesn't say anything about Mark Webber or Sebastian Vettel but I did sign up during Vettel's final season with RB. Trying to get my bearings - AND speaking of which, I have looked for a "bearing insertion tool" and have not been able to find one.

It's comon practice in partwork kit builds to have to back track assembly.
Your RB7 version is Vettel.
You won't need the bearing insertion tool as the bearings are a finger-push fit.

Partworks are usually conceived with weekly build phases in mind. It can happen that a part is screwed on one week to make sure it is stored safely only to be removed next week (or later). Of course you receive a bunch of phases in one go which makes the whole thing a little more obvious. It is useful to read through the instructions of all phases you received before you start building, so you can eliminate steps like these.

It depends on the build but I started to read ahead to prevent getting caught out by these kind of things. Sometimes it makes sense other times I find the parts could of been ordered better. Personally I prefer not to fit a part until its being fitted permanently so if it looks like I am fitting something for the sake of it I tend to wait for the next pack before doing anything. One of the things I loved about the Hummer build compared to the Red Bull 7 is there was no back tracking.
