Hi, I received the LED kit yesterday, the box looks like someone drove over it...  The 400mm LED doesn't light up at all, and the 550mm red one is very faint. Is it possible to get replacements? Who should I contact for US parts support? I also tested the board with a multimeter and found the #4 plug on the top right position reads 6V where the other #4s read ~2V (between 1.9 and 2.1V) Is that normal? Thanks for the help. Joe
