Spare parts: Some extra screws and other parts may be provided as spares. Store them safely in labelled plastic bags, so that you can identify them easily should you need them.
Align the pins of the lower panel with the holes in the left door inner, then press the panel into place. Turn the door inner over and secure the panel with
two 2.3x4mm screws.
Place the door handle into the corresponding recess in the door handle mount. Holding the handle in place in the mount pass it through the hole in the door inner, then tighten two 1.2x3mm screws into the holes at the ends of the handle mount.
Secure the handle with a 2.3x3mm screw. The handle must be able to pivot freely.
Align the rear of the window crank with the hole in the door interior (It will only fit in one way, then secure the handle with a 1.2x3mm screw.
Retrieve the left door and place it on your work surface with the inside facing up, being careful not to damage it. Take the door inner and place it onto the door aligning the holes with the door posts. Tighten a 2.3x4mm screw into each of the holes in the inner, securing it to the door.
Now take the upper panel and align the tabs on the back with the corresponding holes in the door inner. Position the lower edge of the upper panel between the inner and the door handle and push the tabs of the upper panel into the holes in the door inner.
Issue complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a labelled bag

Issue 12
The Left Seat

Spare parts: Some extra screws and other parts may be provided as spares. Store them safely in labelled plastic bags, so that you can identify them easily should you need them.
Spare parts: It is important to handle and store your parts carefully, whether they are to be used in the assembly stage they come with or during later stages. Some parts are very fragile, and must be protected against any scratches and bumps that might damage the paintwork or even the parts themselves.
Taking the seat base you will notice there is a diagonal groove towards the rear. Retrieve the seat back from issue 5 and push the seat back bar into the groove on the seat base.
Take the left seat and insert the narrow edge between the base and seat back. Once the posts on the left seat are aligned with the seat base then pull the flap at the front of the seat forward slightly, so that it overlaps the front of the base and then push the parts together.
Tighten a 2.3 x 4mm screw into on of the holes in the underside of the seat base, then tighten a second 2.3 x 4mm screw into the hole in the opposite corner. Tighten another two 2.3 x 4mm screws into the two remaining holes.
The left seat is now complete, check that the seat can tilt back and forward.
Issue complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a labelled bag.

Spare parts: It is important to handle and store your parts carefully, whether they are to be used in the assembly stage they come with or during later stages. Align the base of the side mirror with the slot in the right door and insert the mirror through the hole so that the holes in the base of the mirror align with the posts of the door. Now fix the mirror to the door with two 1.8 x 3.5mm screws.
Take the left door handle and align the pins with the corresponding holes in the door, then gently push the handle into place.
Take a 1.2 x 3mm screw and tighten it into the post on the inside of the door to secure the handle.
Issue complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a labelled bag.

Spare parts: It is important to handle and store your parts carefully, whether they are to be used in the assembly stage they come with or during later stages. Some parts are very fragile, and must be protected against any scratches and bumps that might damage the paintwork or even the parts themselves.
Take the right window and align the three holes along the bottom edge over the three posts on the door.
Tighten a 1.8 x 3.5mm screw into the hole in the window nearest the front of the door, the tighten another two 1.8 x 3.5mm screws into the other two holes in the window securing it to the door.
Hold the hinge, next to the front edge of the door with the long straight edge facing away from the door. Place the hinge into the grove at the front of the door and then align the holes in the plate with the pins on the door. Lower the plate into position so that it covers the hinge and fix in place with a 2.3 x 4mm screw.
Check that the hinge pivots freely, so that it will allow you to open and close the door once it is fitted to the car. If the movement is restricted, loosen the screw slightly.
Issue complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a labelled bag.
