Here is the second section of the frame. The bottom of this is pretty straight. From what I can tell from the instructions, only the deck will sit on top of this, so I am not certain this needs to be corrected.

The end, which shows the worst warping, should be fixed when I glue the next piece of the frame....I hope.

Very neat job on the ribs. Loks like they have started cutting a much tighter fit on each 3 part rib build as your joints look really nice and tight.

Glad you have sorted you picture posting as i could not see your earlier ones (system kept telling me i needed an active session to view them Confused ).

Hope the rest of your build goes well.
Happy Modelling

Hi, great to see you have the picture problem resolved. You can of course post more than one picture per post, this would save you having to create separate posts for each pic....Cool Cool .. Vic is coming along very nicely but would highly recommend you put her in a jig to help ensure the keel is kept perfectly straight. The rigors of the early planking stage can pull the keel out of alignment creating bigger problems later in the build.....Cool Cool .. Look forward to seeing your next update....

Regards

Alan

Hiya Panzerpug.
Doing a great job. I second Alan's comment of putting her in a jig as the keel may have a tendency to twist.

Thanks for all the comments and recommendations for a jig.

Making one is my project for today. Headed to the local Lowe's in a couple of hours.

Hi, BigGrin

Looking good, shame about that rib 15 but I`m sure you`ll get the problem resolved with a replacement.

Congrats on your "Blue" medal for producing a build diary. Cool
