Hi Ronald.
Rib piece 29, sits in the second to last hole in the keel at the stern.
There are two smaller ribs fitted there that help form the planking into the stern gallery.
They are glued in at a later stage of the build.
Regards.
Ian

Hi Ronald, have a read through issue 17 in the official diary, it has a reference to drawing lines across the deck pieces which become the reference points for pinning the deck to the ribs. The 15mm line (Step 1 issue 17) is a reference line for rib 29 and is fitted when you glue and pin the decks in place. Don't forget to fit the mast support before pinning the decks.. A little tip here, once you have glued and pinned the decks in place double check all of the stern ribs are fully seated all the way down in their slots. Some builders have been caught out and have found problems when it comes to fitting the gallery. Just make sure all are fully seated before you start planking the hull. If you're still unsure then please get back to us....Cool Cool. Hope this helps.

lan are you sure it's not the 3rd to last slot from the end
the last two ribs are 31,30 coming from the back plus I don't see
the two smaller ribs you mention, maybe I'm missing something

Yes I know I read it had to go all the way to section 17 before it actually mention the part as you said but you can baily see the part in
that section thank goodness I watched the DeAGOSTINI build videos one more time again, you would think the instruction would be clear on part 29 as it is on all the other parts, it's as though the instruction want to neglect part 29 Confusedbut anyway I do appreciate your help and anyone else
Ronald
