Just received Pack 18 and sorry to say it's getting a bit of a habit for the missing parts. Stage 59 missing the Control Board.  Still not got the missing Base parts from Pack 16 Stage 52.  Graham

Sorry to hear you're having these problems Graham. I know its very frustrating but contact customer services to arrange a re-issue of pack 18 and to enquire as to the whereabouts of the missing base items in pack 16. It may take a little time but customer services will resolve the problem for you.... Hope you get this sorted soon.

Your missing stage 59 appears to be a one-off error which c/s will be able to resolve.
The outstanding parts from Stage 52 are on route to all

Dropped an email to C/S which got no response - sent a reminder yesterday morning and was told replacement part was in the post. Think a little prompt from Tom helped on that one  . In the post yesterday afternoon came a package with a replacement for the Stage 59 base frame which wasn't the missing part  So have dropped another email to C/S to get the right part hopefully. Graham
