Considering that I raised the query yesterday and got back to you first thing today, I'd say that's pretty swift.

You need to understand that we need to ascertain if its a construction or electronics problem, which in yor instance the latter seems to be the case.

I have contacted customer support to request a replacement board.

Yes that was a fast response thank you. What I meant was if there was someone we could ask directly that knows the ins and outs of the components then it may help resolve issues quicker. You always reply quickly and are very helpful, I was not suggesing otherwise.

Thank you for the help,

Shane

Just checking is customercare@deagostini.co.uk the current address? Do you know what the usual response time is at the moment?

Can't give you a timeframe, emails are generally replied in order of receipt. It's much faster to call as its dealt with there and then rather than possibly a few days later.

I have just approved your Stage 50 flight sensor board to be sent BigGrin
Can you ensure that you quote the relevant Stage when ordering replacements. Individual items cannt be sent and not quoting the Stage often causes a delay as c/s are not familiar with parts terms or what is contained in every Stage for every title.

Sorry about that I should of been more specific in the email. Its easy to forget they are dealing with a whole load of different models and parts.

Thanks,

Shane
