Just received issue 5 today After assembling this issue I realised that both rotor arms are the same.  Looking closer at the instructions it looks like I received the wrong arm in issue 1.  Have to send an email to cs Regards Shaun Building-RC spitfire

Hi, Apart from the issue 1 debacle which I think I have just solved for myself by threatening to get all my wasted money back through court, (over 6 months of asking and I should now get the right arm in 10 days), are there any other problems with the build? I haven't started it yet because of the wrong rotor arm, and have all up to box 10. Regards Jon
PS is there a problem obtaining the other clockwise arm too? Do I have to get shirty with customer services again? Which issue does it come in?

So last Wednesday I realised I had received the wrong rotor arm in issue 1.  So Thursday I send I email to customer services explaining the problem. With 2 hours I received a email apologizing for the mistake and asking me to confirm which stage and part I required. I didn't reply to this email until about 8pm Thursday evening. Well today I get home from work and check the post to find the rotor arm had arrived.  A big thank you to all at model space for outstanding customer service, couldn't ask for better service.
