Hello All,
I wonder if i may please ask for some guidance as I am a little lost
I have almost finished planking the upper gun deck iaw Pack 45 instructions and have run out of planks. I used the 1.5x5x300mm planks supplied of which there should have been 28 but I didi not count them.
So I looked forward to Stage 54 thinking that I would use some of the quarterdeck planking only to find that it is listed as 44 strips of[b] 2x5x300mm (a difference in thickness of 0.5mm)
Q. Is tis correct? are the quarterdeck planks 2mm instead of 1,5?
Q. If so, do you know of any other stages that use 1.5x5mm?
Many thanks
Stephen

Hi Stephen,
You should have received 28 strips of 1.5x5mm both in stages 44 & 45, this is more than enough planks to cover the upper gun deck. The strips you received in stage 54 are correct at 2 x 5mm, these are used for the quarterdeck. Any other 1.5 x 5mm strips provided in future stages will be required for other parts of the build. Can you tell me roughly how many planks you are short of to complete the upper gun deck?
Regards
Alan
