Almost finished the top two wales on one side, found this very tricky on a natural finish ship. I’m using two types on wood to create the striped pattern, the difficulty lies in the fact that the stripes don’t follow the wales, so ended up splicing the anchor stock shaped wales together, the first photo shows one of the spliced stocks and the other show it fitted in the wale willz attached the following image(s):

cheers all for your comments, much appreciated, returned to the bounty project, this boat has a different design than my other builds so ribs go right to the top and then a capping is fitted. here`s a pic of the ribs, will be tackling the capping next. willz attached the following image(s):
