The same thing happened with some tamiya rc re releases they replaced them with made up sponsors. That's the problem with models peppered with licensed logos, getting permission to use them can be an issue. I am impressed that these guys take paypal. Take a close look at the others they show such as the Senna car, they are all bereft of a number of sponsor decals and not just tobacco/alcohol advertising

I'm trying to get my complete set for free as i emailed panini collections and made a suggesion of something to do with F1 either trading cards or models and also to work in partnership with FIA which it appears they have done....wish me luck eh gang? If not then i'll have to buy it :( MeffMan :) Just to add i've done a search online and found these for marlboro sponsor decals there in 1/43 scale should work and as some of you might have noticed you can detach the model from the base google search images https://www.google.co.uk...oEQ_AUIBigB&dpr=1.2
or normal web search https://www.google.co.uk...e+tobacco+sponsor+decals

Quite a few reports around the net saying the paint quality is poor.
Good luck with your freeby

I have two of the first model so far and nothing wrong with the paint. I might pick some of those decals up, thanks for the link. Also I appear to have accidentally opted for the trucks Finished 3D Printer, RB7, Hummer, Skyrider drone & Combat tank collection http://www.model-space.com/gb/

I think that review is pretty accurate. I found the magazine interesting and if it stays at that quality I will read them all. I stopped reading the red bull 7 magazine after a few issues, hopefully I wont do the same with this. I have been playing with adding decals to the first model. Some decals are easy to add but the Honda logos appear to be too high on the side where the large Marlboro logo goes. Can anyone find any photos where the Honda logo is there or is it a mistake? Finished 3D Printer, RB7, Hummer, Skyrider drone & Combat tank collection http://www.model-space.com/gb/

YeahI already did that. Its clear the Honda logo is much lower there. I was wondering if its possible that the logos moved round between races at all that season. I can see towards the end of the season an upgrade appeared to be fitted to the air intake but that completely changes the shape. It most likely is just in the wrong position. Not going to lose any sleep over it mind as these are much cheaper than spark models which I have a couple of.
