I have just received my second binder and it's slightly different compared with the first so I thought I would check with you guys before I ring CS tomorrow.

On the first one I received there was a small cover, top and bottom, that closed and locked into place to stop the plastic pins from falling out, as they indeed did if the cover was open while I was putting in the latest issues.

My new binder does not seem to have these clips. Is this a fault with mine or a manufacturing or even a redesign problem?

that definatly sounds like a majour fault.

although you could superglue th bottom pins in place and leae the top ones as they are incase you want to remove one of the issues.

I had the same thoughtHuh

But I did notice when the binder goes in it tends to force the end of the clip into a recess.

So your second one does not have the clip either as the first one did?

Mine was different too. Different method of holding the clips in place. Seems to do the job though.

I started off with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

I am in the UK at present and my first binder in is Greece. How is it different? It looks the same to me but without the clip.

One(the first) has a little hinged flap that snaps closed to hold the little pins in place and the other has a recess that you have to push the pins past to secure them. Both work fine.

Thanks Jimmy, I shall have a look before hitting the phones.
