That's a skill well mastered. Few things I noticed: when he starts a line he doesn't change the angle of his hand, but rather moves the tank to keep the angle constant. The brush looks like nothing special but there is zero problems with stray bristles, line width variability (whether he uses the wide side or the narrow one), dripping (so paint consistency has to be perfect), and it can hold a lot of paint as he is doing quite a long line in one go without a reduction in paint coverage. There are many variables here and all honed to perfection, awesome!
