Looking for matte paint for keelans racing shell and having not much luck anyone got any ideas where can get it from

You won't be able to obtain a matt finish on the clear racing bodyshell.
The bodyshell exterior surface is a high gloss finish to the plastic. The paint is applied to the inside of the bodyshell, which means that no matter what paint finish you apply, the exterior look of the bodyshell will always be high gloss.
