Just wondering what you all do with your magazines. Do you use the binder that you get for free or do you use something else. I don't know if I'm going to buy additional binders or just get a regular binder and put them in some sleaves.
What do you do?

Funny this comes up now. I actually just ordered these from Amazon. They are magazine holders to use in binders. a 5 pack of 12 are $32.62. That's 60 of them all together. Not a bad deal, plus, I can choose what size binder I want to put them in.

Just to let you know CanadianJedi I had to use a single hole punch and open the magizne slot just a little. The magazine's are little over size.

I always thought the binder to be a flawed idea from the beginning. I am (will be) using a really nice paired, metal stand-up sleeves intended for magazines, sold by Ikea. Nice, perforated, embossed grey metal; very industrial. I calculate each will perfectly hold 50 issues, and you retain the ability to draw on one issue at a time. Here's a link: http://www.ikea.com/ca/e...cts/40219474/#/30153256
Only $8.00 Canadian!

I was going to try and find a different binder with rings and use sleeves. However I haven't found anything that looks as good as these so I am sticking with them. DeAgostini kit builds:
Millennium Falcon: 18% Complete Shelby GT-500: 28% Complete Thunderbird 2: 13.75% Complete

Well it's been well over 6-8 weeks and still no binders for the US? Been waiting forever. I'm up to issue 58 now and got magazines all over the place! Are they ever going to come in?

So are they not sending them out as needed? I got the initial binder that came with the subscription and have been using that, but I was under the impression (and maybe this was me just not reading carefully enough) that they would continue to send out binders as needed with the monthly shipments. If at first you don't succeed,
maybe you should skip the chainsaw juggling...

Please bear in mind...I'm not complaining, one way or the other, but it would be good to know what to plan for. Thanks! If at first you don't succeed,

No- only the first binder is free. After that you can purchase the other ones. They ran out of the ones they had pretty quickly and are waiting on a replacement shipment to come in. Carl

Thanks Darby... Please let us know! It's been frustrating... I'm more than halfway into the build and the one binder only holds 20 mags... so I've got 2 binders of loose mags all over the place. Been trying to keep them in a box, but it's difficult when I need to find something. Been waiting and staying patient, not saying anything since the middle of last year... and still no stock of them? I can see they are available on the UK site, but don't know why they aren't on the US site. Gonna have to get at least 4 of them!

I just use a couple of the empty shipment boxes. I don't actually plan on displaying the books when I'm done with the kit and will likely sell all 100 issues along witht he series guide and blueprint on Ebay when all is said and done to try and recoup a little bit of my money.
