Hello , just a thought but I understood the upper fuselage light behind the antenna was white or orange as was the under belly light, and used for Morse code to other pilots, while the tail light was white, why has delagostini sent 4 red and 1 green , yes green for starboard and red for port wing ,but then 3 other red ,have mine been sent wrong, cheers ron the old one.

The belly amber lamp is not included in the lighting kit.

The ventral lamp was indeed clear/white. However, this lamp was often over-painted black or dark blue when the aircraft was operational. The ventral white lamp was a formation lamp.

The rudder lamp was generally clear, but there was a blue version too as can be seen in this Spitfire spare parts link: http://spitfirespares.co.uk/Lighting.html There was also colour variation depending on Spitfire Mark and Airforce.

The lighting kit is a free gift intended as a respresentation of nav lighting, it does not contain the full nav light content and a couple of the lamp colours are wide of the mark. You could possibly paint the ventral lamp dark blue or black to represent it being operational and possibly swop-out the rudder LED for clear.
