Ok peeps, we all know the story of the Dam Busters and the bouncing bomb so here is my question, What was the ORIGINAL height and distance from the target the bomb was to be dropped from and why was it changed?

Hi Darren. Was it dropped from 150 feet from between 400 -500 yrds from the target it was changed because the outer casing of the bomb when released broke off. Ian Current builds.Hachettes build the bismark,HMS Victory, HMS Hood.

I will give you that Ian, the casing crumpled at 150 feet and caused the bomb to topple over. Your question.
