How about the MP4-23
I'm building the Lamborghini Countach and can highly recommend that, it's an amazing kit. There's so many to choose from

The Toyota 2000gt is a great kit too.
The lambo is superb
The MP 4/23 is very impressive once finished and quite a bit of work to finish

I'd think you would enjoy the Countach; it has the same quality level as the MP4/4, I have completed them both and them equally satisfying.
