Hello there

I know there has been a few posts about theses figures but i was looking for some advice really, i completed my mp4/4 build a while ago and contacted customer services about getting a figure as it seemed those who bought the full set was offered them as part of the kit, (somewhat unfair to us subscribers), after contacting customer services i was told that they could get me a figure when they recieved more from the stockest, it would be 4 weeks, so far its been approx 4 months and after a number of emails still nothing seems to be moving on getting the figure, i understand this was something that wasnt always intended for the uk market of the car but it confuses me that we can be sent decals for adding the marlboro logos but not recieve an offer to obtaining the figure? I apologise if this comment seems somewhat of a bum note but its a shame that after completing two great models (mp4/23 and mp4/4) that something i would say completes the model has become so difficult to get hold of,
I have tried the japan auction sites but with the expensive prices they are asking it makes me think more that these should be made available for everyone.

Any advice on trying to get this figure either through customer services or other means would be greatful

Many thanks

Can you PM me with detail of who you have spoken with/emailed and your details.

For licensing reason, we are only able to offer the figure in the Japan.

I had the same but I emailed customer service the other week and they told me they had it for me but were waiting on me to pay them £10 for p&p.
Never told about the £10 before but paid it anyway and received it a week later.

Sorry mate, it must've ended! I can imagine it went for a lot of money though. I'm in a similar situation trying to find a body stand. They're impossible to find, emailed customer services and they said they didn't know where you'd find them either.

The price is now £20 for shipping seems a bit steep. But I ordered anyway

Considering you have the chance to get the Senna figure for FREE and that we have to ship them from Japan, I'd say it's one heck of a bargain!
