lower deck support beams for the deck 7a Options

Hi fellows
would anyone know if I need to make slots on the lower deck beams for deck 7A
I know I needs to it the forward deck beams 7b but it doesn't say anything in the instructions for the back ones or is it optional

Yes, just at the rear.

You nerd to make shallow saw cuts in the aft beam to bend it to shape. The same as to fit the bow beams.

No problem Ronald. The saw cuts need to be on the transom end of the beam to get the bend to the stern.
