Not working Options

Started to print and working fine, then I get this

11:31:48.295 : : Extruder switched off. MINTEMP triggered !
11:31:48.315 : Error:Printer stopped due to errors. Fix the error and use M999 to restart. (Temperature is reset. Set it after restarting)

can't restart now. have looke at repetier forum for answers, but confusing isn't the word.

This error can happen when the electronics lose the signal from the thermistor. This might happen due to bad connection. Switch the printer off, disconnect power and USB cables, then try reseating your thermistor connection at the board header.

tried that, no go.

think I might have a faulty board, usb connector takes 3-4 attempts before green light stays on.

then it goes off as soon as you plug power in.

Possibly the top or bottom circuit board has been cracked when joined together. It's a delicate process and the parts a tight to fit together which can be cracked by forcing them.

Request replacement by stating the Stage/Issue number for each via c/s

found the problem, the sensor has melted the wire
