So the next step is the track and wheel frames, again nice crisp parts and well detailed. Now I have loads of wheels to make up! Nemesis attached the following image(s):

I have finished one side! There are 27 sets of wheels, one sprocket and one idler, and the frustrating thing of it all? They are small and fiddly, a pain to line up when joining the two sides, and when the track is fitted you can't see any of them!!lol. On the plus side, the tracks just snap together and look really good! Now to do the other side.Nemesis attached the following image(s):

I am really enjoying this build, the detail is fantastic and it goes together, dare I say it, as well as a Tamiya?! lol I have finished the other side of the track rail and assembled the steering tail, the main body went together perfectly. Next step is the sponsons and the 6 pounders.Nemesis attached the following image(s):

Hi Phil and thanks for looking in. It must have been a sight trundling over the Somme! If I had to recommend a MkI kit then this would be the one over all the others I have seen. It has been an absolute pleasure to build and I am looking forward to painting and weathering this kit.

Hi Ian, thanks for looking in and your comment. It will be fun to weather as the only pictures are in black and white, so its going to be a "by the seat of my pants" affair, but I think I can do it justice.

This all looks very nice Daran, a great looking kit with superb detail and should build into a fitting tribute to the first tank to see battle - very well done.
