Hi,
have issues 1 to 4 downloaded, issues 1 and 2 arrived in post.
quick question on paint. In one or 2 sections it says you need battleship grey 2 but in the steps it only mentions battleship grey.
is there 2 different shades of grey to use or just the one.

The correct shade of grey for the Yamato is 'Kure Grey' having been built at the Kure shipyard, Tamiya do this shade titled 'IJN grey Kure arsenal' in both aerosol and pot (TS66/XF75), otherwise have a dig around for something close to this shade, 'White Ensign Models' also do their own equivalent.

 thanks for sharing info on paint color  spray gun & short changed on paint order too late for me unfortunately Ah well mind made up now about missing order
