No John, it unsuitable for Victory as its designed to fit the keel tabs of Soleil, Trinidad and Felipe.

There are various types of keel jig (or build slip) shown in members builds.. http://forum.model-space....aspx?g=topics&f=21
Beside's home made jigs using a board and L brackets, there are a few commercial build slip's on the market, such as this one which is probably the best of the bunch.. http://store.modelkitwor...essional-building-slip/
